Payment Plan
Grand Bazar shops are categorized in three different zone and each zone has different rate per Square Foot (SQFT) based on their location of their shops. Bookings start from 30% down payment, and 20% amount is payable at the time of possession. 50% is payable in 12 equal quarterly or 36 monthly installments, so the payment period is 3 years. Please note that the payment plan is flexible and can be customized within reason with the potential owner.
Shops are currently available at pre-launch/introductory rates subject to change at the sole discretion of Imarat Developments terms and conditions. We recommend to give us a call or speak to us on WhatsApp/Email/Social Media prior to making any payments to ensure the availability and prices are locked as per your requirements.
